Terms of Use

• All bookings and tickets are non refundable.
• All bookings unpaid for are tentative bookings only until fully paid and such bookings may be replaced with paid bookings.
• All services are subject to change without notice, and whilst we shall take all action available to us we shall not be responsible for late or non arrivals due to conditions beyond our control.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss incurred from road or traffic conditions or from any other conditions whatsoever, or from any form of brake down of vehicles used whatsoever.
• Normal luggage is carried at no cost and we hold no responsibility for damage or loss whatsoever, whether caused directly or indirectly by our staff or agents.
• Services may vary subject to operating conditions and passengers should ensure arrival times are suitable for their flights.
• Passengers should be advised Services are run on a route service basic with specific times and whilst we take all steps to meet these times they cannot be guaranteed in any form whatsoever.
• We are not a common carrier and we hold the right to change replace cancel any service at any time whatsoever.
• All personal items carried on the bus are done so at the passengers own risk.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss caused in any form to persons or property from any form of accident, action by others or any form of tourist action or natural disasters whatsoever.
